Testimony of Md. Mizan Mia

My name is Md. Mizan Mia. I am 29 years old, from the village of Khakbunia.

The bullet that was recovered from the back of witness Samad Mia’s head was seized by the police on 16/02/2025 as per the seizure list. This is that seizure list (Exhibit–1). My signature is on it (Exhibit–1/1). This is the seized bullet.

Question: What is your occupation and working hours?
Answer: I am a businessman. My working hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Question: Can you describe the bullet that was seized in your presence?
Answer: The bullet that was seized in my presence is more than 1 inch in length.

Question: Were you present at Ibn Sina Hospital during the operation on Samad Mia?
Answer: No, I was not present at Ibn Sina Hospital.

Question: Is it true that the seized bullet is the same bullet that was removed from Samad Mia’s head?
Answer: That is not true. The seized bullet is not the same bullet that was removed from Samad Mia’s head.
