On 12th February 2025, the Investigating Officer of this case came to our hospital and seized a bullet that had been surgically removed from an injured patient named Shamsul Islam. The seizure was made on the basis of a formal seizure list.

At the time of seizure, our hospital record keeper, Fahadul Islam, was present.

This is the seizure list (Exhibit-11).

My signature is marked as Exhibit-11/1.

Fahadul Islam also signed the document, and his signature is marked as Exhibit-11/2.

This is the seized bullet (Material Exhibit-XIX).

Later, the patient Shamsul Islam died in the ICU.
