Testimony of Shanaz Parvin

My name is Shanaz Parvin. I am 53 years old and work as a Senior Staff Nurse at the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital, Dhaka. The Investigating Officer, in my presence, seized two pellets and one round bullet from the hospital. I signed the seizure list for this (Exhibit 4/1). This is my testimony.

I do not know if more pellets or bullets were recovered from the patients’ bodies. The bullets and pellets shown were kept under my responsibility in the operation theater.

It is not true that I have given false testimony.
